Dr Jo Brown is a globally respected Human Performance Engineer, performance physiotherapist and coach with more than two decades of experience working alongside elite athletes and high-performance teams across 19 sports and seven countries.

Her career has taken her to the very highest levels of sport, including supporting sprint champion Noah Lyles and helping return the Jamaican bobsleigh team to the Winter Olympics after a 24-year absence. Across Olympic programmes, professional sport and leadership environments, Jo has built a reputation for helping individuals and teams perform under pressure.

Author of See Your Elephant: Discover What’s Holding You Back from Your True Potential, Jo is known for her clear, honest and evidence-backed approach. She helps people identify the unseen barriers that quietly limit growth — whether in elite sport, corporate leadership or personal development.

On stage, Jo is direct, thoughtful and refreshingly practical. She creates an environment where high performers can safely examine their blind spots, challenge limiting patterns and leave with tools they can immediately apply. Her sessions are grounded in science, shaped by real-world experience, and delivered with clarity and care.

From Olympic arenas to boardrooms, Jo’s work is driven by a simple mission: to help people see what’s truly holding them back — and give them the confidence and capability to move forward.
