Mike Minogue is an emerging speaker who brings humour, storytelling, and a unique real-world insight from a career spanning more than 20 years across film, television, radio, and business.

He began behind the scenes on major international productions including The Lord of the Rings, King Kong and the first two Avatar films, while also working in fronmt of the camera on What We Do in the Shadows, Hunt for the Wilderpeople, and as Officer Minogue in Wellington Paranormal — earning Best Actor at the 2019 NZ Television Awards.

He co-created and starred in Talkback alongside Jason Hoyte, and produced Coming Home in the Dark, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and was later acquired by Netflix.

Mike is the founder of talent management, podcast production, and speaker representation company Frank and is focused on building stronger, long-term partnerships between talent, brands, and platforms.

As a speaker, Mike combines humour with practical insight from both the creative and business sides of the industry, offering a fresh perspective on building careers, backing ideas, and navigating change.

As an MC, Mike is a natural performer who keeps events engaging and on track, bringing a warm, quick-witted style shaped by years of live experience across radio, television, and comedy.
