Steve Williams is widely regarded as one of the greatest golf caddies of all time, with more than 150 professional wins and 14 major championships across a 40-year career at the very highest level of the sport.

He worked alongside some of golf’s biggest names, including Ian Baker-Finch, Greg Norman, Ray Floyd and Adam Scott, but is best known for his 12-year partnership with Tiger Woods. Together they formed the most successful player–caddie combination in golf history, winning more than 80 tournaments and 13 major championships.

Steve’s remarkable journey through the game is captured in his latest book Together We Roared, released in 2025.

Away from golf, Steve is also a two-time New Zealand Speedway Champion and was appointed a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2007 for his services to youth sport and recreation.

Through the Steve Williams Foundation, he and his wife Kirsty have been long-time supporters of Starship Children’s Hospital and Ronald McDonald House, including a personal donation of $1 million to the Starship Oncology Unit.

As a speaker, Steve shares insights from decades inside elite sport — offering a unique perspective on performance, teamwork, pressure and the pursuit of excellence at the highest level.
