Throughout her career, Cassie has worked across both agency and corporate environments, leading creative and strategic initiatives that challenge traditional business thinking and bring impactful, award-winning campaigns and projects to life.
A passionate advocate for leading with both head and heart, Cassie speaks openly about resilience, identity and the power of storytelling to drive meaningful change. Her ability to connect ideas with human experience has made her a compelling voice on stages around the world.
Alongside her corporate leadership and entrepreneurial work, Cassie has become a recognisable media personality. She appeared as the breakout executive advisor on The Apprentice Aotearoa — the first queer advisor in the franchise’s history — and later joined the cast of Celebrity Treasure Island. She also hosts the podcast Kindness Warriors, where she explores the stories and ideas that shape who we are.
