Russell Packer is a former professional rugby league player who spent 13 seasons in the NRL with the New Zealand Warriors, Wests Tigers and St George Illawarra Dragons, while also representing the Kiwis on the international stage.

Following his playing career, Russell returned to New Zealand with his family and is now involved in business, leading a property development project in his hometown of Foxton.

Russell’s life and career have included significant challenges, including a highly publicised incident in 2013 that resulted in a prison sentence. The experience became a defining turning point, forcing him to confront his actions and rebuild his life and career.
