Seamus is the co-founder and host of the highly successful Between Two Beers podcast, one of New Zealand’s most popular long-form interview shows. What began four years ago as a simple idea between Seamus and his high school friend Steven Holloway — a laptop, a microphone and a few beers — has grown into a widely respected podcast featuring more than 150 of Aotearoa’s most influential figures across sport, business, media and culture.
Through these conversations, Seamus has developed a reputation for thoughtful interviewing and genuine curiosity, creating space for guests to share meaningful stories and insights. The podcast has also been part of a significant personal journey for Seamus. No longer a drinker, he speaks openly about personal growth, change and the lessons learned from hearing the experiences of so many remarkable New Zealanders.
